    2) Due Diligence
    US‑based experts run a 360° review—market size, competition, product‑market fit, regulation, financials, and team dynamics—often including customer calls and targeted pilots.

    3) Strategic Investment & Support
    Once we invest, we pair each company with the right operator‑partner. Together we refine pricing and messaging, stand up the first US sales motions, and set a 100‑day plan.

    4) Scale & Exit Path
